This app is just a tourist map with a silly "3d" viewer. A high resolution picture that could be zoomed would be better.

Useless
The only thing this app does is display a map of Seoul, which one could easily find by doing a simple Google search. In fact, Im pretty sure thats where the developer got it from. Zooming is useless, because the developer used an extremely low-quality picture.
